The Challenge

Matrix Frame builds high-impact illuminated display systems for showrooms, stadiums, retail flagships, and more. While the product wowed visually, the brand was under-leveraged—too often treated as just a vendor rather than a true partner.

With enterprise demand growing and a dealer network expanding, Matrix Frame needed a brand and marketing system to match the scale, flexibility, and speed their clients demanded.

I was brought in to lead the strategic transformation—elevating Matrix Frame from product provider to indispensable partner.

My Strategic Approach

Repositioning the Brand

I shifted the narrative from lightbox provider to visual partner for multi-location brands. The focus moved to what Matrix Frame enables—consistency, speed, and simplicity at scale—rather than the product alone.

Dealer Program Redesign

I architected an entirely new sales strategy and dealer enablement system, including:

- A new Dealer Network and operations

- Sales decks and pricing tools

- Visual asset libraries

- Plug-and-play templates

- All designed for instant field use, ensuring the brand could be sold anywhere, anytime.

Introducing the “Buy-Now” Button

I pushed for a modern, direct sales feature on the website—turning what used to require multiple calls and quotes into a one-click buying experience.

Multi-Audience Messaging Framework
